Moto Medic + is a small family business based in North Essex. They have an extensive knowledge of BSA Unit single cylinder engines and are dedicated supporters of www.BSAWDB40.com home of the WD B40 and my 20 strong collection.

At Moto Medic+ they specialise in all aspects of motorcycle care maintenance and repair including specialist engineering solutions to repair just about any part you will find on your motorcycle that has broken or simply worn out after years of use and or abuse.

Cracked engine cases, worn out threads that have been drilled oversize, broken cylinder fins, badly repaired frames and cycle parts are just a few examples. Engine rebuilds and ground up restorations are also performed in house.

Modern MotoCross machines including the older classic Evo, twin shock and pre 1965 motorcycles are catered for. Trials and enduro machines are also welcome.

Graham is very approachable, and has been a Motorcycle technician for 35 years you will find that he is a perfectionist in his work and goes that extra mile to ensure that your bike is mechanically sound, all his work is completed in house including TIG welding, bead blasting for that brand new finish to your engine cases or preparation for painting of cycle parts, turning and milling for special requirements and repairs.

Or… If you want your WD B40 or any BSA Unit single to fly, ask Graham about a 475cc or 500cc conversion, using state of the art new parts such as Nikasil cylinders and a super strong crankshaft and a 4 speed gearbox that is better suited for the road and longer journey’s. Various states of tuning can be achieved dependant on what you would like to do with your B40 without loosing the original look of your machine.
