Civilian History:

I know very little of the bikes civilian life since its “demob” from the army. Documentation shows that it has spent time in Surrey and Kent.

It was acquired for the collection in July 05. Whilst it was in good physical condition, the engine had seen better days, therefore, when refurbishment was undertaken over the winter of 05/06 the engine was a focus of attention.

During the summer of 2006, it was run in during a weeks “tour” of the Isle of Wight.

It retains the vast majority of the original WD specification equipment, with few exceptions. It is fitted with original equipment Hella indicators.
